* 1 pound grated cassava(in a bag sold in Asian or Oriental stores)
* 1 pound young coconut meat
* 2/3 of a big can condensed milk
* 1/3 big can of condensed milk for the topping
* 1 can evaporated milk (or 1 can coconut milk)
* sugar if necessary


1. Grease pan and set aside.
2. Mix together all the ingredients excluding 1/3 can of condensed milk in another mixing bowl.
3. Put all the mixed ingredients into pot and heat it up. Mix regularly until about to boil.
4. Upon heating up the mixed cassava cake ingredients, warm up the oven and set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. When the mixed ingredients about to boil, transfer it directly to greased-up pan and put in the oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, put the other 1/3 can of condensed milk at the top and put it back again at the oven for 20 minutes. And done!
