A few times i like this mushroom with egg. I first knew this with hubby who cook it one day. I ask him how he cook it and i copied what he did. Just slice onion  and garlic then fry it after that you put the mushroom. We used canned mushroom 4 cans then cook for a few minutes. After that you put the egg then mixed it together. Few minutes you put some soy sauce, black pepper, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Then mix all together then with for few minutes to finish. Have a wonderful day.

yummy, i just did that few weekends ago and it was a hit...but i just added some cherry tomatoes and milk! :) visiting late from FTF, have a great week! :)
